Need to update pyproject.toml as well:

version = "0.6.0"
description = "Sensor Tasking API (STAPI) with FastAPI"

You let me alone in the sprint room so I did the thing you don't like with the versions 😉

@gadomski I thought that the release script updated pyproject.toml, and that would be run after this PR is merged? I'm trying to follow RELEASING.md, if that is not accurate let me know and I can update it too.
