We're never going to have a version that supports multiple versions of Statamic.
Statamic 5 still supports Laravel 10, so let's keep it for now. We can get rid of it when Statamic 6 is released in a few months.

I've added back Laravel 10 support for the time being, as Statamic 5 still supports it. We can remove it when this addon is updated for Statamic 6.

This PR brings support for Laravel 12 and drops support for L10 as it is EOL.
