Seems like Safari 18.2 has issues when there is a background gradient in combination with borders. Full colored backgrounds work perfectly well as you can see in the picture below.
We can fix that by applying
background-clip: padding-box;to the UI elements. I did that for the ones I noticed while browsing the cp.Fixes: #11287
