Continuing from #11415, this PR actually applies Prettier across the codebase.
Everything in this PR is simply the result of running
npm run prettier:format.(Except for adding
resources/views/extend/forms/fields/*.antlers.htmlto.prettierignorebecause those are being explicitly tested against.)
