In #11428 I noticed Prettier wasn't kicking in for JS tests. That's because I unintentionally excluded them in #11415. Only PHP tests should be excluded.
The only real change in this PR is in
.prettierignore. The rest are just formatting changes done by runningnpm run prettier:format.
