Tabs aren't supported in form blueprints, so they shouldn't be visible in the blueprint builder.
This PR also fixes an issue where the
isFormBlueprintkey wasn't being removed/falsified after navigating to another page, causing the available fieldtypes to be unnecessarily filtered on non-form blueprints.Closes #13478
