Readme file opens at start up - but this is not easy to achieve in Jupyter Lab and it should be enough that support teams etc inform users about the file.
Tested readme
.ipynbfile for easy opening formatted file, but users should be familiar with theREADME.mdformat and opening withJupyter textprovides nice formatting.
