Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

• Fixes JavaScript lint errors in Linting file: Linting file: lib/node_modules/@stdlib/datasets/sotu/scripts/build.js
• 524:8 error Using the new Array() constructor is not allowed; use an array literal with push instead stdlib/no-new-array
