Resolves #6825

Description:
This PR resolves the EditorConfig linting errors identified in issue #6825. Specifically, it corrects the indentation style in lib/node_modules/@stdlib/_tools/lint/header-filenames/lib/c_headers.json, replacing tabs with spaces to adhere to the project's formatting guidelines.
