Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

• Addresses spellcheck warnings for the words "ldims" and "cdims" in lib/node_modules/@stdlib/ndarray/base/unary-reduce-strided1d-by/lib/3d_blocked.js.
• Updates the ESLint spellchecker configuration (lib/node_modules/@stdlib/_tools/eslint/rules/spellcheck.js) by adding "ldims" and "cdims" to the cspell.words array.
• Maintains alphabetical order within the cspell.words array.
