The macro expects the following arguments:

- **fcn**: `stdlib_float16_t (*fcn)( stdlib_float16_t )` unary function.

When used, this macro should be used **instead of** `NAPI_MODULE`. The macro includes `NAPI_MODULE`, thus ensuring Node-API module registration.
