Recipe Ball-and-Stick code found in recipeBaS repo, and complex L5b pyramidal cell simulation in detailedHay. Other figures are included in misc. See the dependencies listed in section 3.7 in the thesis for details on the code dependencies. The masters_utils repo at https://github.com/steinnhauser/linearLFP_utils and the LFPy fork at https://github.com/steinnhauser/LFPy are both required for the scripts. Simulation scripts sim.sh included in each repo for easy code use.
