Updates the x402 documentation page to point the demo link at the official Stellar-hosted URL.
Changes:
- Replaces the legacy Heroku “x402 Demo” URL with
https://stellar.org/x402-demo. - Updates the demo link description to refer to Stellar rather than Testnet.
