This pull request uses the canonical name (usually device.tailnetABC.ts.net) instead of the hostname so that if the user changes the name in Tailscale (i.e. doesn't automatically generate it from the hostname), then it will show up. It also adds a few fixes to ./bin/dev's docker script to work as expected
