Fix issue 372: File.exists?() has been deprecated since Ruby 2.2
Minimum Ruby version bumped to 1.9.3 (although obsolete)
Attempt to address issue 375: with still inconsistent results
Address issue 377: distanceMax is not string value (Ruby 3.3+)
Refactoring: constants, mapping, coordinate parsing
Disabled: gallery support
Incomplete rewrite: bookmark support (not ready for use)
Some minor stuff: Handling of moved cache, "cactus" and "landf"
Copyright extended to 2025
