To deploy to multiple environments we need separate inventories. Moving the group vars into the dev folder.
Adding variables and secrets to the production environment
Update the production domain. This is cleaner as cloud ownership is implied by .nubes

Move group _vars into dev and create a new prod inventory. This allows us to apply the same config to 2 different environments. Similar to how we do it for Kayobe.
