Add an Example for the simplest possible workflow for new users or developers in the space #48

Hi, I've begun this below. I've added a bare bones execution on local hardware that computes fibonacci numbers using a simple external script, and provided basic documentation for running this particular example.
Open to feedback, but this is how I began looking at and fiddling with the application and I figured I'd offer up the toy app I wrote to mess around with it as an example. It is absolutely the minimum application of the project, intentionally so for learning purposes, so yes it is quite simplistic!
