…ce (#326) This PR allows the Piri retrieval service to trust attestations issued by the upload service. The upload service attests to a absentee delegation from a `did:mailto:` in order to allow users to have multiple private keys but use a email as a means of sharing authority. Depends on: * storacha/go-ucanto#79 * storacha/go-libstoracha#64
