Description:
This PR updates the README file with a new "Contact Us" section that includes:
previously there is a Contact Us section , but No discord or form. It will Blank .
So, I added Discord and Form in the Contact Us section.
A clickable Discord button linking to the Story Protocol Discord.
A link to the contact form for Story Protocol.
Test Plan:
Check if the Discord button is clickable and redirects correctly.
Verify if the contact form link is functional and opens the correct URL.
Related Issue:
No related issue. This is an improvement to the README file.
