Pipeline for assembling regimens from HemOnc datasets (sigs table)

Setup

• You need to setup connection with OMOP CDM DB first. See .env.template.

• Install environment from requirements.txt

Run

Create regimens with the following command:

./RunScript.sh -out output-assembled
