Adds TypeScript code examples for the
cancelfeature onBeforeToolCallEventandBeforeToolsEventhooks, corresponding to strands-agents/sdk-typescript#696. Replaces the "not yet available" placeholders in the Limit Tool Counts cookbook section and addscancelto the Event Properties table.Related Issues
