I checked the general Pulsar slack but didn't see anything specific to rust there. There is a community slack listed here for streamnative but no way to get an invite. Thanks again |

There appears to be some confusion on the front page of the repo on what version to use:
The latest release is 6.3
While the readme has an older version listed:
Given https://crates.io/crates/pulsar has
I am assuming it is a stale README, and updating it with this PR.
