MPlayer OSX Extended now requires macOS 10.7+ and is 64bit-only

  • Fix crash on startup on macOS High Sierra (10.13)
  • Remove Fontconfig, now that libass no longer needs it (no more hanging at startup)
  • Fix window sizing on retina screens
  • Update Sparkle
  • Update PFMoveApplication
  • New MPlayer build from 1. January 2018 (r38010)
