This pull request introduces a new test case for the rough wall boundary condition implemented in the SST turbulence model, as described in su2code/SU2#2573.

The test case is based on the NASA ZPG turbulent flat plate with prescribed surface roughness, and it includes comparisons using different boundary conditions (Standard Wilcox 2006, Knopp, and Aupoix).

Its purpose is to validate the integration of the new roughness treatment into the SST model and to support the related pull request in the main SU2 code repository.

Hi!

These are the results obtained for the ZPG flat plate with distributed roughness.
The simulations compare the Wilcox (2006), Knopp, and Aupoix rough-wall boundary conditions within the SST turbulence model, as implemented in su2code/SU2#2573. The results are consistent with those reported in the literature.

Below, I present the results in terms of the log-law profiles and velocity shift for the different boundary conditions, using the uploaded mesh file: mesh_flatplate_turb_273x193.su2.

Finally, a comparison between the boundary conditions is provided for kₛ = 400 µm, corresponding to the fully rough regime.
