Bumps hydra to 1.2. Shouldn't affect CPU much, but GPU (
hydrawith no-cpu) from 1.2+ should work without special treatment on any Nvidia Driver >= 535 (appropriate compat libraries are installed and ld path is set at runtime based on whatever Nvidia CDI provisions into the container). This change to broader infra compatability was the logic behind a minor version bump.
