Setting to reduce logging verbosity

LSP-basedpyright currently spams console with tons of uninteresting info messages.

Please use logging library or any other way to let user adjust loglevel (debug, info, warning, error).

Uh, what? I don't really use this plugin. But my LSP-pylance basically is the same codebase with LSP-pyright and LSP-basedpyright. I don't see any spam.

... and according to https://github.com/sublimelsp/LSP-basedpyright/blob/master/plugin/log.py anything is just printed without any verbosity setting.

I don't think those are from the file you referenced. The printing format is different.

It turns out those are window/logMessage notifications from language server, which are printed to console due to log_debug: true being set in my LSP.sublime-settings.

Anyway, I get a debug message from LSP-basedpyright due to customized dev_environment being set.

[LSP-basedpyright][DEBUG] Due to "dev_environment", new "analysis.extraPaths" is (operation = 'prepend'): ...

Maybe those messages could be gated behind a setting as well.

As a quick and dirty workaround I couple them to LSP's log_debug setting.
