Volunteer Network -An Event Manger website(Full-Stack)

Users can register for the Event and send it to the DB then see their own registered list
Users can cancel the registered event
Admin can see all user’s registered lists with info from DB
Admin can delete the registration
Admin can add Event and save it to the DB and display it to he UI
