Click on "assets" and choose the version that works with your OS.
(if you don't know what OS you're on - you're probably on windows; click "Raingen_Win64_Windows10+.zip")
It's a standalone mod, which means it functions as a separate game from ClanGen - no need to replace any files, just open RainGen.exe and play!
If you're a developer or a modder, you can open RainGen from source code. Works exactly the same as opening source code version of ClanGen. If you're not familiar with it:
Click the green "Code" button on top of this page, then click "Download ZIP", then unzip the file. ClanGen has a tutorial for running from source. If you're struggling to follow it, here is a more in-depth guide. The described process is for LifeGen, but it works for RainGen too.
