Updated the SemVer to 1.1.1
Store the dimDecorationTypes as a map for each editor to a specific range.
Update ranges when dimming/undimming to union/difference so that theres always 0 or 1 decorations applying per line.
Added new command "quickDim.undim" which undims the selection
Added new command "quickDim.dimEntireFile" which dims the entire file
Added new command "quickDim.undimEntireFile" which undims the entire file
Updated the title of commands to include the extension name for easier searching
Tested new functions
