What is the current behavior?
The Dependabot PR bumping golangci-lint action (#234) fails CI because of a breaking change in the configuration format.
What is the new behavior?
Both the Tests/Build workflow and golangci work.
Additional context
Some configuration settings were adapted from supabase/cli .golangci.yml
