Paper 1 Uberseg + Gauss PSF Run: upgraded analysis

This is the final version of the superbit-metacal weak lensing analysis pipeline used in the first pipeline validation and forecasting paper [arxiv link to follow].

The following changes from v1.0 are implemented:

• True PSF rendering option in medsmaker (not actually used in the paper analysis)
• analysis code contains try/catch loop over empty directories
• shear_profiles figure has extra panel with difference between measured and true gtan

The following choices are specific to the Paper I analysis.

• To enable simulated observations in the deprecated shape filter, set fluxes of shape stars to the same value as lum stars.
• Set the minimum T/Tpsf ratio to to 1.2 for calculation of source density.

Paper 1 Uberseg + Gauss PSF Run

This version was used to run deployed the the ngmix v1.3.9 metacal, uberseg masking, & Gauss PSF simulations ** methods used in** the first SuperBIT cluster lensing pipeline validation paper [arxiv link here when submitted]

The version actually used to run the Paper I analysis is tagged as v1.1, and features a slightly fancier analysis code, plus an option to render the true PSF model in MEDS.
