rel006 production code

This release includes bugfixes, updates to bias estimates, and changes to auxiliary scripts implemented during rel006 production. It contains no significant changes to the underlying ATL11 algorithm

Release_006

This release includes the code for release 006 of the ATL11 product. Updates from release 005 include:

• Correction for vertical biases associated with lower-level product horizonal geolocation biases
• Restriction of the degree of the y polynomial except for those cases where the horizontal spread of beam pair centers is double the geolocation uncertainty
• Calculation of along and across-track slope
• Removal of slope change fields
