Add base path context

Add a context, when using the svecodoc component library, the base path can be modified.

Hey @NeroBlackstone, this is something I think we can handle with more of a "global" config provider of sorts. Let me think on how to best approach this. ATM this package is purely maintained for our internal usage, but the goal would be to publish something similar for the whole community to leverage and use, I just need to find the time to put some though into what those APIs should look like.
