This is a WIP/POC for a new Svelte 4->5 tutorial. The target audience is people well-versed with Svelte 4 who want to know about the changes in Svelte 5. The tutorial goes over the most relevant changes, and also explains the rationale for these changes.
I've done a more spelled-out version for the first chapter (runes), and left the rest as mostly placeholders for now. Structure is:
Would like to get feedback if this goes in the right direction, if you have any change requests to the structure, would add any sections, etc.
While writing this I noticed that the bullet points are way too hard to see against the grey background of the tutorial.
