just tidying some things up a bit, mostly because i wanted a convenient place to put more opinionated global styles (so that i can tackle #325 among other things) and we don't really have that right now. Now we have
baseandtokens(andtext, but that will be short-lived once #180 happens), and autilsfolder for more opinionated things like.raisedand the twoslash stuff
