Partially fixes diagnostics. These already exist in the tutorial, but brokenly: no errors (only warnings) and horrific CSS. They don't exist in the playground at all, which is a significant enough regression from the preview site to justify all this work in the first place.
Ultimately we will need to change the approach of receiving diagnostics from the adapters in favour of running a separate diagnostics service in a worker, otherwise we can't (for example) see errors in multiple files simultaneously. But that can wait until later
