When landing #1675 to re-core
CFURLin Swift, I removed most of the compatibility code left over from the earlierNSURLre-core attempt. This cleans up the rest I missed.Motivation:
Declutter/simplify the Swift URL implementation.
Modifications:
Removes unused functions and compatibility paths.
Result:
No behavior changes.
Testing:
Building and unit testing to confirm functions are unused/behavior is the same.
