resolves broken image asset links in the 'swift-5-exclusivity' blog post

Motivation:

  • the image links appeared to be broken

Modifications:

  • relocated the assets so that the existing relative links should work (they appeared to have been relocated in Redesign #1039 though it's unclear if that was intentional)

Result:

  • image links in the post should work
