Fix a small grammatical issue on the Ecosystem Steering Group page.
Motivation:
Previously, the first part of the paragraph was left as an incomplete sentence.
Modifications:
Changed a period to a comma and modified the case of the following word accordingly.
Result:
The paragraph now consists of properly constructed sentences.
