CLI Page & Misc Style Updates

Motivation:

• Adding the name prop to package.json to prevent inconsistencies in the lock file.
• Adding the private prop to package.json to prevent accidental publication.
• Misc style tweaks to match designs.
• Update content for CLI page with the latest.
• Update hero easing to better match reference.
• Reduce noise image file size.

Modifications:

• Updated CLI data files
• Updated noise image
• Updated Hero animation ease
• Misc tweaks to component styles
• Update code-box and full-width-text-code-column markup and styles.
• Update CLI page structure

Result:

• Updated CLI page UI.
• Updated hero animation ease
• Noise image is about 85% smaller.
