Fix linux container exception

fatal: detected dubious ownership in repository at '/work'
To add an exception for this directory, call:

	git config --global --add safe.directory /work

[matyhtf]

建议合并一下 runtime 和 var 两个目录，作用基本上是相同的，均是作为临时目录
