Web app that formats images for use as custom Kindle lock screens. Requires a jailbroken Kindle.
Currently only tested on 11th Gen Kindle (2024 Release) as that's what I have. Should also be compatible with 1st Gen Kindle Scribe based on documented specifications, but this hasn't yet been verified.
Full disclosure, this app was mostly vibe-coded, meaning it's mostly written by AI (because I suck at JS and hate working with it). I still manually reviewed the code, ensured things work as intended, and ensured all instructions were accurate to the best of my ability. I strongly encourage human contributors to pitch in to improve the app's code, as well as to help make the app compatible with more Kindle models (even if it's as simple as putting in a feature request issue saying what exact model you have and what resolution it is).
