Adds the ability to pass
--with-teststomake:controllerand maker will generate a new PHPUnit test tailored for the specific functionality of that maker. If--with-testsis not passed as an argument, MakerBundle will ask the userDo you want to generate PHPUnit tests? [Experimental].
