SfBottomSheet theme customization does not work following the doc: https://help.syncfusion.com/maui-toolkit/themes/keys
The root cause was missing SetDynamicResource calls for the Background and GrabberBackground properties in the ApplyThemeResources method.

Added SetDynamicResource call for BackgroundProperty with key "SfBottomSheetBackground."
