lightning: verify edit amt on send invoices

Include checking that amount can be edited on lightning invoice without amount defined and cannot be edited on lightning invoice with fixed amount.

• Fix: Prevent editing amount for fixed Lightning invoices on send confirm bitkit-ios#274
