This replaces the hardcoded set of actions (like
Contract_Signed) with a registry (ContractChangeActionSurvey) so that customising extensions can provide their own actions.Keep in mind that the any
CRM_Contract_Changeimplementation needs to provide code for rendering information of the change instances, as well as code to executing the contract change.
