This PR replaces the hardcoded version strings in src/util/version.rs with the CARGO_PKG_VERSION environment variable provided by Cargo at build time.
Changes:
UI now always displays the actual version defined in Cargo.toml.
Fixes the bug where the Admin Panel incorrectly reports v2.0.4 and prompts for an update.
