These manifest updates change dependency specifiers but the commit does not update pnpm-lock.yaml, which makes CI installs fail: .github/actions/install-pnpm-dependencies/action.yml runs plain pnpm install, and pnpm install --help states --frozen-lockfile is enabled by default in CI; reproducing with pnpm install --frozen-lockfile --filter ./packages/bridge-ui... returns ERR_PNPM_OUTDATED_LOCKFILE for the bumped @sveltejs/adapter-vercel and svelte entries, so the affected UI workflows will stop before build/test.
