@taiko/ui-lib now builds against Svelte 5 (devDependencies.svelte), but its published peer contract still requires "svelte": "^4.0.0"; this creates an unmet peer dependency for the Svelte 5 consumers updated in this same commit (taikoon-ui/snaefell-ui) and can break installs in environments that enforce peer constraints (or block external Svelte 5 apps from consuming this package).
