gdal-ecw==x.y.patchis compatible with anygdal>=x.y,<x.(y+1), meaninggdal-ecw==3.6.4is compatible withgdal==3.6.xfor anyx.gdal-ecwis tested against Christoph Gohlke's binary wheels- GDAL>=3.5 - https://github.com/cgohlke/gdal.whl/releases

- I get an error message:
